Instructions: FIRST LAYER: Melt chocolate and margarine together. Add eggs, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla. Spread this mixture in a jelly roll pan and bake 20-25 min. Refrigerate until cool.
FILLING: Cream butter and powdered sugar. Slowly add half-and-half and the sherry. Mixture should be light and fluffy. Spread on cool base and refrigerate until cold.
