1/2 cup	all-purpose flour
1 cup	sugar
1 tsp	baking soda
1 tsp	baking powder
1 tsp	cinnamon
1/2 tsp	salt
2/3 cup	vegetable oil
2 x	eggs
1 cup	grated carrots
8 oz	crushed pineapple in juice drained
1 tsp	vanilla extract
	----------------- Frosting: ----------------
2 tbl	margarine -- softened
3 oz	cream cheese -- softened
1 tsp	vanilla extract
1 lb	powdered sugar

Instructions:

Instructions: Cake: Mix dry ingredients, then add the remaining ingredients. Bake in a greased floured 9x13" pan at 350 F for 35 minutes.

Frosting: Whip margarine, cream cheese and vanilla together; blend in powdered sugar. Stir in pecan pieces.
