Instructions: Cook spaghetti according to package directions omitting salt and fat; drain and place in bowl. Add butter, eggs, and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Spread over bottom and up the sides of a greased 10" deep dish pie plate. Spoon cottage cheese in "crust"; set aside.
In a skillet, brown ground round, onion, and red pepper until beef is brown; drain. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano, and garlic salt. Spoon over the cottage cheese mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 F. for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese; return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut into wedges. Email this Recipe:
