Amount Ingredient
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
4 x eggs
7 oz shrimp
3/4 cup mayonnaise
8 oz cream cheese
garlic salt
seasoned salt
Instructions:
Instructions: (These are like mini cream puff shells)

1. Boil the water, add the butter or margarine until melted.

2. Add all at once, the flour and salt.

3. Beat well until ball forms or dough sticks together.

4. Add 4 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.

5. Drop by 1/2 teaspoon on cookie sheet.

6. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

7. Stir together the rest of the ingredients to make the shrimp filling.

8. Slice top off baked puff.

9. Fill with shrimp filling.

Note: Can also use ham salad, chicken salad, etc.
