Instructions: Cream together first two ingredients. Beat in eggs. Sift together and add to mixture flour through nutmeg. Stir into mixture quick cooking oats through chopped nuts. Spread in greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 375F. for 25 minutes.
ICING: Mix together confectioners sugar, vanilla and enough water to make a spreading consistency; drizzle over the cake/bars. Email this Recipe:
