1/2 cup Salad Oil
2 x Eggs
2 cup Sugar
1 tbl Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Cloves
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
3 cup Flour
3 cup Apples, fresh
Instructions:
Instructions: Beat oil, eggs, and sugar thoroughly. Add vanilla.

Sift spices, salt, and soda with flour about 3 times. Add to egg mixture.

Add apples and nuts.

Bake in tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
