Instructions: Combine oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla, and beat. Stir in nuts and peeled apples. Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and add to other ingredients. Bake in 9x13-inch greased pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Mix together and sprinkle on top of unbaked cake.
