1 cup	salad oil
2 cup	sugar
2 cup	apples, chopped
1 cup	nuts, chopped
3 cup	flour
1 tsp	baking soda
3 x	eggs, beaten
2 tsp	vanilla

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix oil, apples, nuts, eggs, and sugar by hand. Add dry ingredients. Pour into ungreased tube pan. Place on lower oven rack. Bake for 60 to 90 minutes at 350 degrees. Test for doneness. Do not over-bake.
