3/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup flour
2 tsp cinnamon
2 x eggs
1 cup Amish batter see recipe
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Beat well on low speed for 2 minutes.

1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions:
Instructions: Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans. Bake at 375F 50-60 minutes.
