300 gm Bramley apples, peeled, cored and diced
50 gm Caster sugar
75 gm Self raising flour, sifted
1/4 tsp Baking powder
50 gm Sultanas
1 x Egg, beaten
60 ml Oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Line a cake tin with bake-o-glide (base and sides).

Mix the diced apples with the flour, sugar, baking powder and sultanas. Combine the egg and oil and stir in the dry ingredients.

Spoon half the mixture in to the lined cake tin. Arrange the cheese on top, then spoon over the remaining mixture - level off the surface.

Bake for approximately 11/2 hours until centre is firm to the touch.

Leave to cool slightly before removing from the tin.
