Instructions: Heat oven to 375 . In small bowl combine all coffee cake ingredients except cheese and apple. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes). By hand, stir in cheese and apple. Spread into greased 9 inch square baking pan. In small bowl combine 1/2 cup flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly; sprinkle over coffee cake batter. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
