Instructions: Peel, core and slice apples.
Chop the onions, tomatoes and raisins. Place in a saucepan and add remaining ingredients. Allow mixture to heat slowly, simmer gently for 1-2 hours or until chutney is a rich brown colour. Stir regularly. Pour into small sterilised jars and cover to make airtight. Keeps for 3-4 months. Ensure storage jars are well sterilised. Email this Recipe:
