1 sm sweet potatoes peeled, and
cut into 1/2"-slices
1 pkt dried fruit mix - (6 oz)
1 med onion sliced thin
1 x bay leaf
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
1/2 tsp dried rosemary crushed
1/2 lb lean boneless pork cut 1" cubes
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbl vegtable oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Place first 7 ingredients in slow cooker; set aside.

Dredge pork in flour and brown in hot oil. Remove pork, reserving drippings in skillet. Place pork in cooker. Add cider to skillet, stirring to loosen any browned particles; pour over pork.

Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours. Remove and discard bay leaf.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
