Instructions: Put apple juice, dried apple, raisins and cinnamon in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in couscous, cover, and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff couscous with a fork and serve.
NOTES : Heres something I came up with-you could have this as a side dish, or for breakfast, or even dessert. Other juices and/or dried fruit could be used instead of apples and raisins. Email this Recipe:
