Instructions: Heat griddle to 375 F. In large mixing bowl, combine flour, cereal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; mix well. Add remaining ingredients, stir until moistened and batter is smooth.
For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Bake about 1 minute; turn and continue baking about 1 minute more. YIELD: 16 4-inch pancakes * One and one-half tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar plus milk to equal 1 1/2 cups can be substituted for buttermilk. Email this Recipe:
