2 pkt (3-oz) strawberry gelatin
2 cup Boiling water
1/2 cup Cold water
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup Diced, peeled apples
1/2 cup Diced celery
Instructions:
Instructions: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water & cinnamon & chill until thickened. Fold in apples, celery & pecans. Spoon into a 6-cup mold or bowl. Chill until firm.
