1/2 cup Canola oil
2 cup Sugar
3 cup Apples, fresh chopped
3 x Eggs
3 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Butter flavoring, optional
1 tsp Baking soda
----------------- FROSTING ----------------
8 oz Cream cheese
1 tsp Vanilla
8 tbl Margarine
Instructions:
Instructions: CAKE: Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix at once. Pour into 11 x 16 jelly roll pan. Bake at 325 for 35-45 min. ICING: Mix together. Spread over cooled cake.

NOTES : Rich and wonderful. Wont last long at a pot luck dinner.
