Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 F. In a large bowl, mix together well the first six ingredients and place the mixture in the pie shell.
To make the topping: In a medium-sized bowl, stir together all of the ingredients until sandy in texture. Spread the topping on top of the pie mixture and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack. Serve. YIELD: 6 TO 8 SERVINGS Email this Recipe:
