3 cup Shredded cabbage
1 cup Diced cooked ham
2 x Diced apples
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
Toasted walnut/pecan pieces
1/4 cup Raisins or currants
2 tbl Fresh lemon juice
1 tbl Dijon mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve cold or hot.
