1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Dark brown sugar
1/2 cup Honey
1 x Egg
4 x Apples, medium, chopped
1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
3/4 tsp Nutmeg
Instructions:
Instructions: Cream butter with sugar. Add honey and egg; beat well. Stir in apples.

Add dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into oiled 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve with Caramel Sauce.
