Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1/2 lb	Lean beef, ground
1/2 cup	Prapared stuffing mix
2 cup	Apples, finely chopped
3 x	Eggs, (or egg substitute)
2 tsp	Salt, (or to taste)
1 tbl	Prepared mustard,
1 lrg	Onion, minced
3 tbl	Prepared horseradish,

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients; mix throughtly. Pack into a greased 9 X 6 X 3" loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
