1. If you use fresh corn, blanch corn 6 to 8 minutes in boiling water, let cool. 2. Cut kernels from the cob. 8 medium ears will equal about 3 cups. 3. Combine all ingredients, except the Frenchs Mustard, in a sauce pan and cover. Simmer over low heat for 40 to 45 minutes. 4. Remove from heat and stir in the Frenchs Mustard.
