Instructions: Beat eggs; add oil and vanilla and beat well. Sift dry ingredients together; add to egg mixture and mix well. Stir in fruit and nuts. Batter will be thick. Pour into well-greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Cool in pan 30 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Cake is delicious plain or with cream cheese frosting.
