Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
7 x Golden delicious apples (about 3 lb), peeled, cored and chopped, about 10 Cups
2 can Sliced peaches (15-16 oz ea.) drained, sliced, in extra light syrup, cut in thirds
2 jar whole onions (15 oz ea.), drained
1/2 cup Brown sugar, packed
1 cup Cider vinegar
1 cup Raisins
1 tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp Ginger
Instructions:
Instructions: 1.Bring all ingredients to a boil in a large pot. Boil gently, uncovered, about 1 hour stirring occasionally, until thickened.

2. Cool slightly (mixture will continue to thicken as it cools). Pour into jars, cook, cover and refrigerate.

Makes 7 cups. Age for 3 days. Refrigerate up to 2 months.
