2 med apples, peeled cored and coarsely chopped
1 tbl sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add apples and cook, stirring often until the apples start to soften. Add the sugar and cinnamon. Mix well.

Cook until the apples are soft and the juices have thickened. Keep warm until serving.

Use your favorite way to make French Toast, or: Per Person:
2 thick cut slices of whole wheat bread
2 eggs, well beaten in a shallow pan
Dip the bread in the eggs until both sides are well coated. Fry over medium heat using Pam or your favorite oil.

Place the two slices of French Toast on a plate. Top with 1 to 2 tablespoons of sour cream per slice. Then top with the cooked apples.

Eat with your favorite hot or cold beverage.
