1 x pork tenderloin
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tbl brown sugar
1 x clove garlic, minced
Instructions:
Instructions: Place tenderloin in baking dish. Combine apple juice, vinegar, brown sugar and garlic, and pour over tenderloin. If desired, tenderloin can be marinated in juice mixture, for a few hours or overnight. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Top tenderloin with apple rings and cover dish. Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours, until tenderloin reaches internal temperature of 180 degrees on meat thermometer. Remove to platter and let cool a few minutes before slicing.
