Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/4 cup Butter
3/4 cup Sugar
1 x Egg
2 cup Grated raw apples
1 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Nuts, chopped
----------------- SAUCE ----------------
1/4 cup Margarine
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Evaporated milk, or evap. skim milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Cream together: butter and sugar. Add egg, apple, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nuts. Put in greased 8x8" baking pan. Can use mold or Bundt pan. Bake at 350 F. for 30-35 minutes. Add 20 minutes for mold or Bundt pan. Pudding should be firm in the center. Serve with warm butter sauce.

Sauce: Heat together margarine, white and brown sugar and evaprated milk.

Pour over pudding to serve.

NOTES : Recipe can easily be doubled and baked in a 9x13" baking pan.
