10 lb Smoked ham half, bone-in, in natural juice
1 tbl Grated orange rind
6 whl cloves
2 cup Apple cider
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Preheat 12-Qt. Roaster oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Lightly spray Cookwell with spray cooking oil. Place ham in preheated Cookwell. Add cider, sugar, orange rind and cloves. Cover; roast 4 to 5 hours (170 degrees F. on meat thermometer).

To slow cook:
1. Roast at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour. Reduce temperature to 300 degrees F. and slow roast 5 to 6 hours (170 degrees F. on meat thermometer).

Serves 6 to 8.
