1/2 lb apple tart, coarsely
chopped
1 cup apple cider or apple juice
1/2 cup light brown sugar packed
1/3 cup dried cherries
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/3 cup dates chopped
6 tbl white wine vinegar
2 x garlic clove minced
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients in heavy saucepan. Cook until thick.
