Instructions: Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Add apples and saute until soft and lightly browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove to a plate. to the skillet add the apple juice and chicken broth. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Boil until reduced by half. Add sauteed apples, heat through, and serve.
