1/3 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup Honey
1 tsp Vanilla
2 x Eggs
5 cup Apples, coarsely diced
1/2 cup Chopped Nuts
2 tbl All Purpose Flour
2 tbl Butter, softened
5 tbl Sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Grease and flour a 13x9-inch pan.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except nuts, apples, the 2 tablespoons flour, the 2 tablespoons butter, the 5 tablespoons sugar, and the 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix, at low speed using an electric mixer, until moistened; beat 2 minutes at medium speed.

Stir in the nuts and apples by hand. Spread the batter in the prepared pan.

In a small bowl mix the 2 tablespoons flour, the 2 tablespoons butter, the 5 tablespoons sugar, and the 1 teaspoon cinnamon to form a crumb mixture and top the batter with it. Bake at 350F degrees for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or cool.
