Ingredients:

570 ml Boiling water, (1 pint)
4 tsp Keemun tea leaves
570 ml Sparkling apple juice, (1 pint)
2 x Lemons, juice of
Sugar or honey to taste
Red skinned apple slices to garnish
Instructions:
Instructions: Infuse the tea leaves in boiling water for 5 minutes. Strain into a jug and add the apple juice, lemon juice and sugar or honey to taste.

Chill.

Serve over plenty of crushed ice or ice cubes and garnish with apple slices with the red skin left on, and a couple of mint leaves.
