Instructions: Peel the apples core and slice thinly and sprinkle with Calvados and a little caster sugar. Preheat an overhead grill very hot lay the brioche or panettone on the grill pan and cover with the apples and anyjuice they may have made.
Sprinkle with pine nuts dust with Iclng sugar and place under the grill. Cook for 710 minutes well away from the flame until the sugar has caramelised and the apples are golden Serve with ice cream. Makes 4 Email this Recipe:
