Instructions: In a 5-quart or larger pressure cooker, add all ingredients. Allow liquid to begin simmering.
Immediately adjust heat to stabilize pressure at second red ring (15 pounds pressure). Cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let pressure subside naturally, (Natural Release Method).
