880 gm canned apricot halves, drained
440 gm canned sliced apples, drained
2 tbl brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
----------------- CRUMBLETOPPING ----------------
2 cup rolled oats or muesli
2/3 cup shredded coconut
125 gm butter, melted
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Place apricots, apples, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and mix to combine. Spoon fruit mixture into a greased ovenproof dish.

2. To make topping, place rolled oats or muesli, coconut, butter and honey in bowl and mix to combine. Sprinkle topping over fruit mixture.

Bake in a moderate oven (180C) for 30 minutes or until fruit is hot and topping is crisp and golden.
