4 cup French bread, cut in cubes
1/2 cup Apples, green or red delicious, or a mixture
1/2 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Skim milk
3 x Egg Beaters Real Egg Product,, (3/4 cup)
3/4 cup Sugar,, (or 1/2 cup sugar + 3 packets Sweet n Low)
2 tbl Liquid Butter Buds
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions:
Instructions: In a 2 quart casserole that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray, combine bread cubes, apples, and raisins; set aside. Combine milk, Egg Beaters, sugar, liquid Butter Buds, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg; pour over bread mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm with Dream Whip or non-fat frozen yogurt on top, if desired.
