Instructions: Combine cabbage, onion, water, lemon juice, bouillon granules and caraway seed in a 2 quart saucepan; bring to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 7 to 8 minutes (cabbage should be nearly tender). Stir in apple. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until both apple and cabbage are tender. Can garnish with apple slices, if desired.
