Recipe for Apples with Orange and Spices

300 ml	orange mandarin or clementine juice
150 ml	fruity medium dry white wine
	grated zest of a small orange
4 tbl	soft brown sugar
1 tsp	mixed spice

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix the orange juice and wine with the orange zest sugar and mixed spice.

Put the apples in a baking dish and pour over the juice mixture.

Bake in a medium oven at 190 degrees C/375 degrees F/gas mark 5 for about 50 minutes turning the fruit from time to time in its spiced juice.

Serve warm with double cream or better still cold from the fridge with thick yoghurt.
