Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 7 x 11 inch jelly roll pan with non-stick vegetable spray. In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, spices and salt. In another bowl, cream together margarine and sugar.
Add egg to margarine mixture and beat until light and fluffy. Add the egg mixture, one spoonful at a time to the dry ingredients, stirring just enough to blend well. Add the raisins. Turn into the prepared pan and bake 25 - 30 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes then cut into 24 squares. Email this Recipe:
