Instructions: In large mixing bowl combine spice cake mix, raisins, cooking oil, applesauce, and egg; beat at medium speed of electric mixer for one minute. Drop from teaspoon 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake cookies at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes.
