Instructions: Combine biscuit mix, sugar and cinnamon, add the applesauce, milk, egg and oil.

Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Fill greased 2 inch muffin pans 1/3 full.

Bake in hot oven, 400 degrees for 12 minutes or till done. Cool slightly; remove and dip tops in melted butter or margarine. Then in sugar mixed with cinnamon.

Makes 24 small muffins.
