Instructions: Combine Bisquick, sugar and cinnamon into bowl. Mix applesauce, milk, egg, and oil and add to dry ingredients. Drop teaspoonfuls into a well greased muffin tin. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. When slightly cooled, roll each muffin in melted butter, then cinnamon/sugar mixture. Serve hot.
