Instructions: 1. Steam apricots if apricots are stiff to soften. Grind or chop very fine.
2. Mix and mash apricots together with remaining ingredients. 3. Shape into 1 inch balls, roll in powdered sugar and coat thickly. Repeat in half an hour, or use coconut instead. NOTES: Delicious, but sticky. Package separately, with a little extra powdered sugar in the bag. Email this Recipe:
