3/4 cup reduced fat Bisquick(r)
3/4 cup fat-free (skim) milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup dried apricots chopped
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup fat-free cholesterol-free egg products or 2 eggs
1 tbl butter or margarine melted
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place paper baking cups in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups. Stir all ingredients just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Bake 13 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly; remove from pan.

Yields: 12 muffins

High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 425 degrees
