Instructions: Honorable mention at the 1973 Indiana State Fair.

Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. Mix butter and cream cheese then add to flour mixture; blend well. Add the coconut and apricot preserves and blend well. Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 15-18 minutes until light brown.
