2/3 cup apricot preserves
1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
1/3 cup fresh mint chopped
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tbl hot sauce
1/4 tsp kosher salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt preserves in saucepan over med-low heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Remove from heat.

Yield: 2 cups (serving size: 1 T)
