2 oz	Walnuts
1 tsp	Orange rind, grated
1 x	Orange, juice of
	Seasoning

Instructions:

Instructions: Soak the apricots overnight, then drain and cut into small pieces.

Combine with the walnuts and orange rind, juice and seasoning and mix into a quantity of basic stuffing.
