Amount Ingredient
3/4 cup lb. ground pork or mixture of pork and beef
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped dried apricots
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 x egg
----------------- Apricot Glaze: ----------------
1/2 cup apricot preserves
1/3 cup sweet and sour sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat over to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients well. Shape mixture into small appetizer size meatballs. Place in ungreased rectangular pan -with sides. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until no longer pink - be careful not to overbake. Drain well and serve in Apricot Glaze

Apricot Glaze:
Mix all ingredients in 1 quart saucepan, stirring occasionally, until hot.
