Instructions: Separate dried apricots into their natural halves. Using fingers, flatten each apricot half until pliable.
Roll apricot half skin-side-out into a spiral shape, pinching one end to secure and fanning out other end. Repeat with two more apricot halves, wrapping them around the center in a spiral pattern. OR another way to make them: Flatten out apricot halves. Roll the first one very tight. Place the 2nd one around the first to make a spiraling layer. Continue doing this till you have them as large as you want. Secure with a toothpick in the base and place on plate. NOTES : I didnt think of this till just now...but these would make great plate decorations when you plate the Cranberry Mustard Turkey Tenderloins. Email this Recipe:
