Instructions: Cut the apricots into quarters.
Melt the butter in the frying pan stir in the apricots and cook them gently for 5 minutes. Beat the eggs and egg yolk with the cream. breadcrumbs sugar and nutmeg. Pour this mixture over the apricots and stir gently until well mixed. Cook gently for 5 minutes until golden underneath. Brown the top under a hot grill for 3 to 4 minutes.
